We are pleased to announce that all patients previously seen in Jonothan Barnes' practice in Clydach, have been successfully transfered to our system in Pontardawe. This means that if you are a patient of Mr Barnes your information is now kept with us. You do not need to do anything as you reminders will come out as normal from our system, and your care will carry on as you are used to. Should you have any issues please call us, anytime.

We are now open again for all your eyecare needs.
For any eye health concerns you might have or if you feel there is a change in your vision, you can now book an eyetest. You can be assured that whilst looking after your eyes, we will keep you safe too. We have increased hygeine standards across all our services. Our staff are now wearing full PPE and we are following all social distancing measures.

Tier 4 opening

After much discussion with the health board and NHS we will be opening and testing for the duration of tier 4. We will be working with the NHS to provide routine and urgent care to patient with any eye issues during this period. Our staff are all using full PPE and following all the most up to date social distancing measures.
In order to keep providing the best care possible, we ask that you ring to make an appointment for any adjustments, repairs and collections. We are operating on modified opening hours during the pandemic, which may mean you will need to leave a message and someone will get back to you at the earliest opportunity. We will be happy to address any questions you may have over the phone.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic our practice is currently closed.
The closest practice offering emergency only eye care service can be found at www.eyecare.wales.nhs.uk.
Please contact them only if you need urgent eye care advice.
